Which plan is for interview-only preparation?
Prep is the focused monthly option when the test is behind you or was never part of the competition. It includes evidence, application and interview tools without the paid test bank.
Can I change or cancel a monthly plan?
Monthly plans can be managed from billing. An upgrade is charged pro rata, while a downgrade takes effect at the next renewal so existing access continues for the period already paid.
When can a refund apply?
Refunds follow the written refund policy. A named-format remedy applies only where a campaign states it and its conditions are met. It is not a result guarantee. Read the refund policy.
